I CERTIFY that in conformaity with the Law of the United States on 18th March 1818
Jacob Rooksberry late is Private in the Army of the
Revolution, is inscribed on the Pension List, Roll of the Kentucky Agency,
at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the eighteenth day
of June one thousand eight hundred and eighteen.

this seventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred
