Impressive shot, I have shot this many times and have a ton of trouble getting my rock back that high. Guess I need to work on my stroke.
I have a question for you if you don't mind. When banking, do you try to avoid using english as much as possible and rely more on speed and direction? Thanks

I've heard that people like Efren and Cory can draw it back to the head rail that way. I've never seen it, though.
I rely on spin and speed, mostly. I think that's the most common way that bankers shoot.
