This is just something I've been messing with lately. The idea is that I can email these little snippets to my site, and then you people can read them. These will, in theory, be stupid things that aren't worth a real blog entry.

Rivertown Winter Ale(draft) The color of hazy dark tea. No head. Aroma of alcohol and spices, notably cinnamon. Flavor like the aroma, but more intense. Good, a little intense.Clown Shoes Blaecorn Unidragon Russian Imperial Stout(bottle) Black with a smallish brown head. Aroma of dark roasted and regular malts. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor of roasted malts and alcohol. Fairly evident alcohol burn in the mouthfeel and the finish. Good.Falls City American Wheat Ale(bottle) Fizzy light gold with a dissipating white head. Very light hoppy aroma. Thin mouthfeel. Pretty fizzy. Flavor creamier and not as hoppy as I'd feared. Decent and drinkable.SleetIt's sleeting now. Smooth mouthfeel. Smoky and bitey flavor. Reminds me of Spezial but with more bockiness. Quite good.Green Flash Double Stout(draft) Black with a good tan head. Roasty and smoky aroma. Wow. Flavor is fantastic. Very roasty and smoky. Yummy.Evil Czech Gypsy(draft) Cloudy dark yellow. Nice white head. Smells like grass. Tastes better than it smells. Medium mouthfeel. Citrusy and wheaty flavor. Actually good.CakeI want to bake my neighbor a cake for moving his horse trailer to a place that blocks my other neighbor's stupid security light. I won't, though, because (a) he didn't block the light on purpose, (b) I'm lazy, (c) I don't have any eggs, and (d) it would seem weird. They say it's the thought that counts, though, and I at least thought about the cake thing.Stone Vertical Epic 05.05.05(bottle) The color of flat cola. No head. Aroma of malts and molasses. Medium mouthfeel. Fairly biting flavor of molasses and dark-roasted malts. Tastes like a barleywine to me. A good beer, but not a great one.Stone Vertical Epic 04.04.04(bottle) Fizzy orange. Minimal head. Citrusy aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, a little tangy at the finish. Typical for the style - apples and a little citrus. Decent and almost good. Thinking about doing something with my rear window
Rogue Voodoo Doughnut Chocolate, Peanut Butter, & Banana Ale(bottle) Fizzy black with a huge tan head. The primary aroma is that of bananas, though chocolate is also detectable. Creamy flavor, mostly of roasted chocolate and some dryness that's probably the peanut butter. Weird and decent.Traveler Jack-O Shandy(bottle) Slightly hazy light brown. Looks watery. No head to speak of. Light pumpkin pie aroma. Creamy mouthfeel. Spicy and pumpkiny flavor. Pretty good.New wheels. Yay!
